COVID Vaccine Drive ~ Saturday 6/12

We are open on Thursdays at 6pm with a new protocol in place. Every patient MUST wear a MASK and will be SCREENED prior to entry and follow social distancing guidelines while in waiting room.
Patients must arrive by 6:15 pm to be treated.
We have a limit of 15 patients for each Thursday due to the current number of volunteers.
If you have any of the following symptoms please exercise caution in coming to our clinic:
- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
